anjum & amaan - cleveland mehndi

the lovely anjum and her family brought me all the way to her hometown of cleveland for the first two of her three wedding events in september of 2013. i had met her and her fiance, amaan, back in march for some engagement photos; it was such a pleasure to meet all the friends and family who joined them in ohio to celebrate their wedding together. here are some photos from the mehndi, which took place the night before the wedding itself; i'm sharing images from the first part of the night, while there were still men of the family present at this traditionally females-only party. stay tuned for the story of their beautiful wedding evening!
