Mini-Sessions - Charlottesville Portrait Photography

It’s that time of year again! Portrait mini-sessions are a great way to get anything from updated headshots to a family photo for your holiday cards, and the Charlottesville area boasts some of the most beautiful portrait locations in the state. I still have a lot of exploring to do myself, but I’ve got a few spots pinned down that I’m dying to take your pictures in :D

Below, I’m sharing some highlights from a family portrait session at Pen Park, followed by images from other portrait sessions I’ve done recently in various locations - fall engagement portraits at the Saunders-Monticello Trail, fall family photos at Carter Mountain, former wedding clients with their three-month-old twins (!!!) at Green Spring Gardens Park in Alexandria, some previously unshared photos from my front porch sessions and from Niya’s Skyline Drive sunrise maternity session, and some of Rayna’s headshots captured on the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville.
