Holly & Dan - North Carolina Wedding Photography

Holly’s wedding was dear to me for so many reasons: for taking place in my home state, for all the Harry Potter references, and for having books as centerpieces and for the bookstore portraits at the end of the day; but most of all, I’ll always remember Holly’s wedding because it’s Holly - the baby sister of one of my oldest and dearest friends. And when I say oldest, I’m talking about like fourth grade!

Holly grew up, as baby sisters do, and found her bookloving match in Daniel, and I was so proud and happy to be a part of their big day. Her lace duster over this beautiful dress was a dream! The ceremony was held in the auditorium at New Horizon Church in Durham, NC, and after the wedding, we stopped by Holly and Dan’s beloved Dog-Eared Books in Raleigh for the bookstore portraits (I’ve) Holly’s always dreamed of <3
